Lead at MDLBEAST is responsible for managing the entire Food and Beverage
(F&B) ecosystem across all MDLBEAST events. This role requires
expertise in process management, stakeholder coordination, Catering RFPs, and
full event operational plans. The F&B operations, ensuring high- quality
service, efficient workflows, and exceptional customer experience. This role will collaborate
closely with internal teams, external vendors, and event staff to deliver
outstanding F&B services that align with MDLBEAST's brand and event
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive F&B operational plans for MDLBEAST events, including menu planning, vendor selection, logistics, and budget management.
· Coordinate and manage all aspects of the F&B ecosystem, including concession stands, bars, VIB lounges, and crew catering.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Partnerships Director, event production, marketing, and finance, to align F&B strategies with overall event goal and maximize commercial partnerships.
· Lead the procurement process for F&B vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
· Oversee the setup and breakdown of F&B areas, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to event timelines.
· Develop and implement customer service standards for F&B operations, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for attendees.
· Monitor F&B performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and identify areas for improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
· Manage F&B budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
· Coordinate with external partners, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure seamless Intergrations of their branding and products within the F&B offerings.

Education & Training:
· Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in F&B management, preferably in large- scale events or festivals.
· Strong understanding of process management across various stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and event staff.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and commercial partners.
· Knowledge of crew RFP processes and experience in managing crew catering operations.
· Proven experience in developing and executing full event operational plans, including F&B logistics and staffing.
· Familiarity with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements related to F&B operations.
· Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, solve problems proactively, and make decisions under pressure.
· Passion for the music industry and understanding of event dynamics, audience expectations, and commercial partnerships.
Strong understanding of the entertainment and events landscape, including relevant trends, technologies, and competitors.
Familiarity with the reseller and affiliate marketing ecosystem, including key players, best practices, and success metrics.
