Strategic Partnership Senior Manager
We are looking for a self-starter Strategic Partnership Senior Manager to join our growing team at MDLBEAST. The strategic Partnership Senior Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships between MDLBEAST and its partners, and will work with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties who service MDLBEAST.
The main purpose of the Strategic Partnership Senior Manager is to expand MDLBEAST partnership and support base, which includes sponsors, supply chain partners, industry players who currently or potentially share the same target audience base with MDLBEAST.
The Strategic Partnership Senior Manager will work closely with various departments at MDLBEAST including Marketing, Creative, Strategy, Operations, Technology, as well as external vendors to develop and execute highly strategic, innovative and collaborative plans, and in identifying and engaging critical industry partners who share a commitment to MDLBEAST audiences.
Developing and executing a long-term innovative plan for engaging critical industry partners by building long-term-win-win partnerships that contribute to MDLBEAST's current and potential businesses.
Conceptualizing new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from supply chain partners/ government/ industry players.
Work towards profitability by making sure revenues exceed operational costs for all areas around F&B, Shisha Catering, merchandise, gaming, and glam stations.
Ensuring best practices are applied in all F&B, Shisha Catering, merchandise, gaming, and glam stations operations to achieve excellence.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships.
Developing systems and procedures in support of the identifications, engagement and development of strategic, partnerships, F&B, Retail, and Merchandise.
Developing and managing reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities, F&B, Retail, and Merchandise.
Developing and managing partners, F&B, Retail, and Merchandising agreements.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field from a reputable institution. Master's Degree is a plus.
10 to 15 years of experience out of which 5+ years hands on partnership and consulting experience.
Strong analytical skills (financial, planning, operational).
3+ years of people management skills.
Experience of working as part of a senior management team and leading organizational strategy.
Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, excellent relationship building skills.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
