Talent Manager - Music

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the management of service providers in the area: artists agencies, producers, managers and talent agencies for performances.

  • Brief Suppliers, receive offers, negotiate and close deals according to budget.

  • Set deadlines and weekly milestones to be checked with internal team and with suppliers/ third parties. 

  • Coordinate crew and suppliers/ third parties. 

  • Coordinate crew and suppliers' jobs during pre- production/ planning, production set up, event, dismantling. 

  • Keep Constant communication with other section's leaders. 

  • Provide final report and feedback. 

Music Content and Booking 

  • Creation of line up according to each concept, divide among artists with different significance ( Headliners, support, locals) 

  • Offer to artist's agencies, considering: Date/ slot + Artist value x festival ( or local) parameters x potential side shows + Announcement dates + Media deals for streaming and use of image + Logistic ( Landed/ no landed) + Production riders ( backline, light, video, special effects, fireworks) + Hospitality riders+ Payment schedule + Visa requirements.

Artist Media and Promotion

  • Coordinate together with Marketing the communication plan related to line up announcements and each artist promotion.

  • Interface between PR and artist: coordinate together with Marketing the requests from press related to interviews before and during the event. 

  • Ensuring artists follow schedules with press at festivals. 

  • Coordinate the special media deals together with Marketing. 


  • Coordinate the hiring of performances, dances, choreographers, performance directors, according to Creative design.

  • Admin/ Finance and Legal  for artist 

  • Follow up on contracts considering the deals closed and the media agreements, when included in the offer. 

  • Follow up payment plan, following with Finance the invoices, taxes payments, payment proof.

  • Checking together with Legal, the requirements related to music rights. 

Education & Training 

  • Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge and Experience 

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with booking talents

Skills & abilities 

  • Strong connections with booking agencies and managers

  • Strong knowledge with music industry and industry trends

  • High organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a high stress and noisy office environment

  • Negotiation skills

  • A cultured and sophisticated personality
