· Receive the request via phone, email & Odoo Portal.
· Document, track, and monitor requests/ problems to ensure resolutions in a timely manner.
· Implement and support network defence, identifications/ authentication/ access control, data protection mechanism, and data transfer mechanisms.
· Develop threat models and security risk assessments and recommend mitigations and countermeasures to added risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
· Ensure systems deliverables are functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated.
· Provide immediate notification of a major outage or problem so that all parties are aware of the problem and may immediately assist with the resolution.
· Resolving network issues with LAN connectivity, cable termination.
· Troubleshoot Hardware problems, Computer Upgrades, Networking setup/ Diagnoses, Software Problems, and PC specific issues.
· Install, configure and troubleshoot local printers, Network printers, Switches and wireless devices.
· Troubleshoot user application issues and installation/ upgrades of new application software.
· Must possess Microsoft/ Hardware/ Network training certifications.
· Experience in Desktop/ Systems/ Network and Microsoft office support.
· Working experience in Wireless technologies and troubleshooting skills is desirable.
· Good understanding of TCP/ IP protocol, DNS and IP addressing.
· Familiarity with computer accounts, user accounts, mail archiving.
